Usage: encode-flash.sh [audio bitrate] [video bitrate] [video width] [video height] /path/to/infile /path/to/outfile

Guidelines for bitrates are: 700kbit for 640x360, 1Mbit for 720x406, 1.5Mbit for 480p, 2.5Mbit for 720p and so on..
Remember to define video resolution according to the aspect ratio of the video which is to be converted.
Thumbnails will be output to outfile with an addition of .png in the filename.
Logs will be output to outfile with an addition of .log and .err in the filename.
